Terms and Conditions

Rental is normally on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are for a minimum of two days from November to March, except for Christmas and New Year weeks. Short-break rates on request.
 

A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per week is payable on booking with the final payment due 28 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled, we will make every effort to re-let the property but the balance is payable if we are unsuccessful. We recommend you take out Holiday Insurance.

 
A rental made within 28 days of arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.The rental includes gas and electricity and all bed linen and towels. The apartment has gas central heating and no other form of heater is permitted.
 
There is a payphone available in the apartment, currently not operational. Acceptable use procedures apply.
 
No pets are allowed and the flat is strictly No Smoking.
 
Parking is available for one vehicle only. There are public car parks around the town.
 
The apartment is available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
 
Early arrival or late departure are by prior arrangement only. Two sets of door keys and one key fob for the entrance gates will be provided.
 
The apartment is to be left clean and tidy on departure. We reserve the right to make an extra service charge if this is found not to be the case. All damage and losses will be charged in full.
 

We reserve the right to demand immediate vacation of the apartment if these conditions are not complied with or for any conduct that is detrimental to the property or the comfort of neighbours.
