4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a large sitting room and a spacious kitchen with dining area. Two large inner halls lead to the public rooms, bedrooms, main bathroom and large storage closets.

The large, bright kitchen has pearwood units, smart tiling and hygienic tiled floor. Well equipped with modern appliances - dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combined washer/drier, gas and ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle plus all dishes, tableware and cookware. There is an iron, ironing board
and vacuum cleaner.



An antique wooden table seats up to 8 diners. French doors lead to a terrace with a table and chairs for al-fresco meals. A welcome food pack is available if requested.

The south-facing sitting room has comfortable seating for eight. French doors open on to the secluded second terrace with recliners for sunny days. Entertainment needs are met with a large colour television (digital tv reception), DVD player and VCR. The computer is on a trolley that can be wheeled from room to room - all bedrooms have network sockets for internet access.

Two main bedrooms (with en-suite bath and shower rooms) and a third bedroom all have large king-sized (6 ft wide) beds that separate to form two single beds. The fourth bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed - suitable for double or single occupancy. The larger bedrooms have armchairs and televisions; all bedrooms have drawer space and large fitted wardrobes. Duvets, non-allergic pillows and all bed linen and towels are provided. Advise when booking whether you require double or twin-bedded rooms.


The main bathroom has a bath with shower.
